Join the Fishing Club
Let's Go Fishing !
The Fishing Club started at Gibbs High School in 2016. We are still casting a line to lure you to join our club today! All Gibbs High School students are welcome to join;
- No skill level required.
- Learn the importance of friendship & family through fishing activities.
- We meet once a month to learn different aspects of this sport, such as:
Learn How To:
- throwing a cast net,
- how to tie knots,
- which lures to use and
- all the rules and regulations of fishing.
Equipment & bait are provided for use at our many outings.
Want to join the Fishing Club? Visit Mr. Machado in Student Services (Bldg 1, Rm 127)
The Fishing Club also has tournaments once a month
The club is always in need of drivers for future trips.
